Do I need an account to order?

No. The order form is completely open — you just add your items and your contact details. We follow up on WhatsApp.

What can I order?

Almost anything from any European online store — fashion, electronics, home goods, parts. Paste the product link, or simply describe what you want and we will source it.

What happens right after I submit?

Your order is saved immediately with a reference code, then we open a WhatsApp chat to confirm the details and send your quote. Even if the chat is delayed, your order is never lost.

How and when do I pay?

You pay after you approve the quote we send on WhatsApp — never before. We will confirm the accepted payment methods with you directly.

How is shipping priced?

By weight (per kg) on the shared monthly AirDrop. Splitting one AirDrop across many orders is what keeps shipping affordable versus a private courier.

How long does delivery take?

Orders ride the next monthly AirDrop. Each AirDrop has a cut-off date (shown on our home page), a departure date, and an estimated arrival — after which we clear customs and deliver across Lebanon.

Can I order several items at once?

Yes — add as many items as you like to a single order (up to 50). Consolidating them is exactly what we do best.

Where do you deliver?

Across Lebanon. Add your city on the order form and we will arrange the last-mile delivery to you.
