Transparent pricing is our whole point. Your total is always the sum of four parts — nothing hidden. You see the full quote on WhatsApp before you pay a cent.
What you actually pay for
Product cost
What the item actually costs at the European store, including any local VAT we cannot reclaim. We pass it through — no markup on the product itself.
Shipping
Charged by weight (per kg) of your items on the AirDrop. Sharing one monthly AirDrop is what keeps this far below courier rates.
Service fee
Our fee for sourcing, buying, consolidating and handling your order end to end.
Customs
Lebanese import duties and clearance for your items. We itemise this so you always know what went to customs.
Your total, simply
Total=Product cost+Shipping+Service fee+Customs
We quote each order individually after you submit it — because shipping depends on the real weight of your items and customs depends on what you ordered. Submit your list and we send the full breakdown on WhatsApp. There is no charge to get a quote.
